Short bible study

Commands & desires of God from 1 Peter 4:12-19

  • do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you (suffering in life)

  • rejoice insofar as you share Christ's sufferings 

  • then rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed

  • do not suffer as a murderer or a thief or an evildoer or a meddler. 

  • if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed. 

  • entrust your soul to a faithful Creator while doing good.
