Aside from buzzed driving and hitting on a 40 year old, hot, lead-band-member's-girlfriend, I had a fun, responsible evening.
My goal of drinking with a plan was definitely not followed. I was alone, I drank a full flask of bourbon before going into the bar, and I left at about 2:30. Thank God I didn't call some girl or start texting people. I wasn't really overly intoxicated, but probably should have called someone to pick me up. Next time I need to stop and extrapolate my current mindset into the future, and consider what exactly i'm going to do.
The night would have been better if i:
- was with someone,
- limited my drinking, and
- alternated between water and beer.
I just totally forgot my goal to form a new habit. i guess that's why i'm trying to make it a habit.
